Position Purpose We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics & Warehouse Operator to join the team in our Keysborough location. The primary responsibility of this role is to coordinate & handle the day to day inbound & outbound warehouse flow. This includes sorting inbound deliveries from clinics through to suppliers, picking & packing accordingly, arranging freight collections via our freight platforms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, team environment and possess strong multitasking abilities with a ‘can do’ attitude. Key Accountabilities: The responsibilities of the Logistics & Warehouse Operator include but not limited to: Accountable of the inbound & outbound stock flow into & out of the warehouse. Processing orders, receipt & confirm shipment within our systems efficiently. Receive and sort donation aids, ensuring proper handling and distribution. Maintain consumable levels within the warehouse environment (cartons, satchels etc) Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area at all times. Support with cycle count and bi-annual stock take at warehouse Maintain the integrity of physical stock & system stock levels. Arranging pick up’s & collections with freight provider (local & international) Liaising & interacting with freight providers on collections / drop off at warehouse Ensuring all central warehouse invoices are receipted and processed in a timely manner Stock request / urgent dispatching to company clinics nationally. Understanding OH&S guidelines Professional Attributes: Proven experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field is essential Exposure to ERP system i.e. Oracle, JDE or Warehouse Management System (WMS). Proficient in shipping portals for booking collections & pick ups. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling shipments and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges Physical fit and the ability to lift and move packages (up to lifting range of 25Kg) Forklift license desirable, but not essential First Aid certification desirable, but not essential.
