Description Blackmores has embarked on strategic business transformation as we introduce new ways working across our ERP and tech. landscape. This transformation period will enable efficiencies and a reimagined employee experience as we deliver a new, enterprise-wide ERP. The ERP SAP Logistics Lead will play a pivotal role in overseeing the initial implementation of SAP S/4HANA with the aim of adopting best practice processes and streamlining operational activities across Blackmores Group Logistics. This position requires a blend of logistics expertise, ERP/SAP proficiency, leadership capabilities, and strategic vision to drive business success. This is a fixed-term contract role for 2 years, based in Surry Hills, NSW. Responsibilities include: Lead the Logistics workstream within the ERP program, ensuring design, build, testing, and deployment activities align with business requirements and project timelines, including global integration of 3PL and 4PL providers Act as the primary liaison between logistics stakeholders and technical teams, driving clarity on requirements, managing risks and issues, and ensuring seamless integration of SAP EWM with upstream and downstream functions Partner with SAP systems integrator to align logistics processes with business objectives and regulatory compliance, ensuring system integrity and operational excellence Own the end-to-end logistics process design, leading fit-to-standard and gap analysis workshops to define future-state processes across inbound, outbound, stock movements, and integration with external logistics partners (3PL and 4PL), and the implementation of Extended Warehouse Management Engage with key business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current-state processes, identify pain points, and gather detailed requirements for future-state design. Serve as the primary liaison between the business team and the SAP implementation team. Who are you? Strong understanding of logistics processes and principles, and regulatory compliance. Excellent communication, leadership, analytical and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives. SAP system experience highly beneficial, particularly in-depth knowledge of SAP EWM and modules relevant to Logistics Prior involvement in ERP implementations beneficial . What we offer?
