About the position: Join us as a Claims Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring processes run smoothly and claims are resolved efficiently and accurately. You’ll take ownership of national claims processing, working closely with warehouses, vendors, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure faulty, damaged, and missing goods claims are collected, credited, and closed on time. Manage vendor claims end-to-end, ensuring all documentation and evidence are submitted accurately and on time, and keeping stakeholders updated. Proactively follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt credit resolution. Coordinate with warehouses nationally and our 3PL partners to arrange collections and resolve any delays. Build strong relationships internally and externally to improve communication, reduce claim friction, troubleshoot issues and streamline credit processing. Support continuous improvement initiatives and help shape the future of our claims function.
