We are seeking a passionate and results-oriented individual to fill the newly created role of Client Retention and Business Development Manager. Reporting to the Group General Manager of Social Impact and Community Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization’s growth and ensuring client satisfaction. About the Role This exciting opportunity involves: Developing and implementing innovative strategies to attract new clients and strengthen our position in the disability sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as service delivery teams, SIL (Supported Independent Living) vacancy team, marketing and corporate functions. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, funders, and community partners. Analyzing market trends and identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery and achieve exceptional client outcomes. To Be Successful: We are looking for: Proven experience in business development and client relationship management within the NDIS or community services sector. A strong understanding of the NDIS landscape and relevant policies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A passion for driving growth and achieving positive outcomes.
