The Senior Business Analyst will be a key contributor to the Future Student Systems Program (FSSP), supporting the design and delivery of business‑led improvement initiatives across FSIE. Working closely with program and project managers, stakeholders and subject matter experts, the role is responsible for analysing and documenting complex business processes and requirements to inform successful project discovery, design and implementation. This position will coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, facilitate workshops, map processes, gather technical and business requirements, and ensure effective testing and validation. The Senior Business Analyst will also support project planning and administration, maintain accurate project records, and contribute to business improvement initiatives that enhance end‑user experience and operational performance. This role is suited to an experienced analyst with a strong background in organisation‑wide transformation programs and a passion for continuous improvement.
