We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager or Senior Optical Dispenser to lead the practice while our current Store Manager is on maternity leave. This role suits a confident, organised self-starter who enjoys taking ownership and delivering exceptional patient care. About the Role Oversee day-to-day store operations Lead and support the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve targets Create a welcoming, professional environment for patients Manage stock, merchandising, and visual presentation Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and WHS Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience Liaise with regional leadership as required Some Saturday work involved (closes at 3 p.m.) About You Previous experience as an Optical Manager or Optical Dispenser (essential) Strong leadership, sales, and customer service skills Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills If this sounds like the right fit, apply today .
