Secondment opportunity - 30 June 2026 (possibility of extension) Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne office locations This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a finance, analytical, or numbers-focused background, strong coordination skills, and confidence in Excel to gain hands on experience in the reward space and lead the delivery of the global remuneration review. As the Remuneration Review Lead, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of the annual remuneration review. Coordinate timelines, data, stakeholders, and governance to ensure the review is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time within established frameworks and Job Architecture. Partnering closely with People & Culture, Finance, Payroll, and HR systems teams to support decision making, approvals, and accurate implementation of outcomes.
