Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with families, staff, regulatory bodies and the broader community. Desirable Skills and Knowledge Experience in a previous Service Manager, Centre Director, Centre Manager role or similar. Skills to address and resolve conflicts or challenges that may arise among staff or with families. Experience in budgeting, financial planning and resource management.
