Collaborating with our Brands & Marketing Team and our people across the business, you’ll champion integrated campaigns and uphold brand excellence across all touchpoints. Reporting directly to the General Manager - Brands and Marketing, this role requires confidentiality, discretion, and integrity in handling sensitive business and employee information and upholding brand governance across all portfolios of the Strategic Marketing Plan. This is a part-time role, with flexible days dependent upon the suitable candidate. Key Responsibilities: Engage with Operations, HR, and Business Development to source stories, campaign content, and staff/resident features, working closely with Digital Marketing and Graphic Design leads. Proactively identify opportunities for earned media and support leadership visibility. Progress and maintain the internal and external communications framework. Script and produce content for corporate announcements, press releases, campaign priorities, media engagement & presentations. Own and manage staff communication channels, including the intranet, staff and client newsletters. Provide messaging for tenders, capability statements, and marketing collateral. Ensure all health, safety, quality, and environmental standards are met in communication activities. Key Competencies & Experience: Demonstratable experience in a similar proactive communications environment. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strategic Thinking: Ability to translate business objectives into messaging. Collaboration: Works effectively within the Brands & Marketing Team and across business functions. Adaptability: Handles diverse audiences and shifting priorities. Integrity & Confidentiality: Maintains confidentiality, discretion, and trust when handling sensitive business and employee information. Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proof-reading skills. Strong knowledge of corporate communication principles and best practices. Ability to distil complex information into clear, concise, and engaging messaging. Confident stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills. Strong organisational, time management and advanced Microsoft Office skills. Ability to translate research insights into actionable messaging.
