We are now seeking a dynamic, people-centred Village Manager to lead our beautiful Salford Park community in Wantirna, an established village with heart, character and a passionate group of residents and team members. You’ll lead your team, build meaningful resident relationships, solve problems with confidence, and ensure the village runs safely, smoothly and to a high standard. You’ll be the trusted point of support for residents, the coach your team looks up to, and the driver ensuring Salford Park remains a place people are proud to call home. What you’ll be responsible for Leading a thriving community Creating a warm, inclusive and supportive environment for residents and staff Building strong relationships with Resident Committees and families Ensuring residents feel heard, respected and engaged Managing day-to-day village operations Overseeing the smooth running of the village, facilities and shared spaces Coordinating maintenance, contractors and service providers Ensuring apartments and amenities are well-presented and maintained Financial and operational performance Managing budgets, reporting and key performance metrics Supporting asset renewal, upgrades and improvement projects Ensuring compliance with legislative, safety and operational requirements Team leadership Leading, coaching and developing a team Creating a high-performance, customer-focused culture Embedding Levande’s values and “Everyday Exceptional” approach What you’ll bring We are looking for a leader who enjoys bringing people together, solving problems and creating a community where residents feel supported and safe.
