A leading global organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Officer to support terminations, redundancies, and tax compliance within a high-volume payroll environment. This is a 6-month contract , starting ASAP, with strong potential to extend due to increased demand. The Role Reporting to the Head of Payroll APAC , you will play a key role in managing complex payroll matters across multiple systems. Key responsibilities include: End-to-end support for terminations, redundancies, and tax compliance Performing redundancy and termination calculations Reconciling leave balances and payroll data Investigating and resolving data issues across multiple systems Partnering with HR Business Partners Working across Workday and PayGlobal About You You will bring: 3–5 years’ experience as a Senior Payroll Officer Proven experience with terminations, redundancies, and tax compliance Strong reconciliation experience Intermediate to advanced Excel skills Bachelor’s degree in HR/Accounting or Diploma in Payroll Nice to have: Experience with Workday and/or PayGlobal If you are interested, please send through an updated resume and cover letter stating how your experience aligns with this role, in particular emphasising your termination and redundancy experience.
