About the role We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our studio sales team. You will own the day-to-day execution of the sales process — from lead response and qualification to closing deals — while coaching and developing a high-performing team. Your focus will be on maintaining a clean, active pipeline, improving team performance, and ensuring clients are onboarded smoothly into our programs. Key responsibilities Lead, recruit, onboard, train, and manage Sales Representatives and Consultants Run weekly roleplays, script training sessions, and KPI reviews Close high-value and complex deals when required Take ownership of stalled deals or escalated objections Maintain CRM discipline, enforce follow-up cadence, and ensure response-time standards Review daily lead activity: new leads, uncontacted leads, no-shows, and stalled opportunities Ensure seamless client handover to trainers, confirming start dates, allocation, and first sessions Align with Service Manager to reduce early churn and improve client retention What we’re looking for Proven experience in sales management, preferably in a studio, fitness, or service-based environment Strong leadership and coaching skills Results-driven with a focus on pipeline management and team performance Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Comfortable closing complex deals and handling escalations KPIs Speed-to-lead contact Show rate Close rate and revenue/week Pipeline value by stage Onboarding completion rate Early churn reduction What we offer Competitive full-time salary from $75,000 superannuation Sales commissions and incentives Opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing sales team Supportive and dynamic studio environment
