About The Role: This position is a Maternity backfill to commence 2nd Mar 2026. The purpose of the role is to meet the educational requirements of staff at a local or unit level as well as carry out the learning and development activities as from an Organisational perspective. Coordinate, monitor and collect information on all mandatory training, required training and skill-based competencies for all staff members. Coordinate and deliver specific education programs within the ward area and other areas of the hospital as . Records of attendance recorded and uploaded to the Learning Management System (LMS). Clinical support to be provide d to ensure optimal person-centred care is practised. Assist with student assessments and feedback areas of improvement. About You: Current AHPRA registration. At least 5 years post basic experience. 3 years clinical experience. Post graduate qualifications in a relevant specialty area or working towards. Core specialties include Obstetrics, Orthopaedics including hip and knee joint replacements, bone and sports injuries, cardiology, cancer care and surgery, lung and vascular medicine, ear, nose and throat surgery, urology, endocrine surgery, and neurosurgery.
