You work with treating doctors, employers and insurers to assess capacity, plan recovery and influence outcomes early, reducing long-term disability and unnecessary claim escalation. The role As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you will: Manage a complex caseload across workers compensation and personal injury schemes Conduct assessments and develop recovery and return-to-work strategies Coordinate with doctors, employers and insurers Attend workplace assessments and medical case conferences Apply clinical reasoning and communication to influence outcomes Support and mentor junior consultants Contribute to improving systems, quality and professional standards You will be trusted to manage your work professionally, decisively and ethically.
