We are seeking an experienced Residential Manager to lead The Haven, our well-established 110-bed residential aged care home known for its warm community feel, dedicated employees, and commitment to high-quality, person-centred care. As the Residential Manager, you will provide overall leadership and direction for the home, driving excellence in clinical care, compliance, resident experience, and employee engagement. Supported by a stable and fully staffed master roster, you will be well positioned to focus on quality outcomes and continuous improvement. You will be supported by a dedicated leadership team including three Care Managers, a Workplace Educator, Administration Manager, Coordinators for Lifestyle, Pastoral Care, Maintenance and Housekeeping, and a committed team of nurses and carers. In addition, you'll have access to a Regional Manager and centralised support from HR, Recruitment, Workforce Rostering and Operational teams.
