This is a full time, Monday-Friday, 12 month parental leave contract based in Victoria. You will be responsible for overseeing your territory, ensuring you maintain and build positive relationships with stores, achievement of agreed displays and upgrades in store, focusing on merchandising to a high standard. Your main responsibilities will include: Executing all head office organised promotional activity within stores Manage and update territory call cycle ensuring efficiency and value is maximised Execution excellence: ensuring brand bays, gondola end, mesh end are aligned to planograms & promotional plans Manage stores inventory and shelf stock weight ensuring no gaps in execution Field Intelligence – provide timely territory reporting on non-compliance, competitor insights and trends from the field Ensure price ticketing is correct Seek opportunities for additional / tactical off location space Timely and professional communication with all clients Build/Maintain strong customer relationships Attend sales meetings/training courses as required by management Skills And Experiences About you Must have drivers license and car. Previous merchandising experience essential Ability to build rapport with key stake holders Basic IT skills to generate reports to management The ability to understand what the customer wants The ability to work well autonomously but also within a team Be well organised and good at planning Good verbal communication skills Creative flair The ability to cope with the pressure of fast-paced work
