TAFE NSW Life-Changing Careers Faculty Manager Location negotiable across NSW (pendin g TAFE NSW campus availability) Permanent full-time Package valued at $206,019.00 which includes salary ($181,511) per annum, plus superannuation and annual leave loading About the role In this role, you will enhance industry-aligned teaching networks to ensure consistency in teaching practices through discipline collaboration, optimisation, and continuous improvement. You’ll work with course development and industry engagement functions to stay informed about industry knowledge, future training demands, and delivery solutions, ensuring the Faculty remains relevant and engaged throughout the course development cycle. Building effective relationships with industry, community, and key internal stakeholders, you’ll position the Faculty to deliver in priority areas, and stay current with emerging trends and technologies. Additionally, this role implements processes in collaboration with other TAFE NSW functions and centres of excellence to continually develop teacher capability and performance within and across the Faculty. A valid Working with Children Check (required prior to commencement). 2. Tertiary qualifications in related field or skills, knowledge and equivalent experience. 3. Demonstrated experience in managing the delivery of contemporary education and training services and/or leading/coaching teaching professionals to adopt innovative and scalable teaching practices. 4. Demonstrated experience in engaging, collaborating and building strong industry, community and/or government relationships to develop teaching and learning strategies.
