Here’s what you’ll be doing: Sort Like a Pro: Quickly and efficiently sort donated goods into their respective categories. Quality Control: Ensure only the best items make it through by disposing of poor-quality goods. Safety First: Keep our workspace safe and clean, report any equipment issues, and handle goods with care. Team Player: Collaborate with your teammates and support each other to keep things running smoothly. Continuous Improvement: Help us get better every day by following and improving our processes. What We’re Looking For: Goal-Oriented: Ability to meet daily and weekly targets. Great Communicator: Strong communication skills. Shift Details: We are looking for 4 people for each location below to work in a Casual position every Wednesday per week, 6-hour shifts . Locations: Marrickville, Engadine .
