Your opportunity As a Project Design Coordinator, you will assist the Senior Project Design Manager and/or Project Design Manager to facilitate effective design delivery across all design disciplines to get the best outcomes for the project, and to maximise value and minimise risk. You will be supporting the delivery of the Blackwattle Bay renewal development project, in what will be a city shaping and transformational mixed-use precinct. Subject to planning, this project will deliver approximately 1400 homes, retail and commercial spaces, and public domain and a foreshore promenade that will create a vibrant and sustainable community. You will take direction from and support Development to ensure all aspects of key design disciplines are effectively managed to maximise project, customer, market and feasibility objectives and ensure Mirvac standards and the project brief are met. You will also ensure the application of PDM systems and processes appropriate to project requirements, ensuring opportunities for innovation and continual improvement are achieved.
