High-volume high-end dining relies on charismatic first impressions to set the tone for memorable guest journeys. Primary Responsibilities Welcome guests, manage reservations via SevenRooms, and seat parties efficiently while building rapport and gauging preferences. Coordinate table turns, communicate wait times, assist floor team during peaks, and resolve initial guest needs to ensure smooth service flow. Greet guests, present menus, offer personalised recommendations on our Italian-focused wine list and seafood specials, and handle orders with attention to dietary needs. Provide polished table service, including wine pours, dish presentation, and proactive check-backs in a high-end dining environment. Maintain venue standards during peak service, support team coordination, and ensure seamless guest experiences. Skills and Experience 2 years in upscale restaurant hosting or front-of-house roles, with strong reservation system familiarity, exceptional people skills, and composure in fast-paced settings. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to thrive in fast-paced settings, and availability for evenings, weekends, and events.
