Description Your Role The Supply Chain Coordinator will bridge the gap between administration and management whilst offering you a genuine career progression. You will work directly with the Supply Manager, gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, supplier negotiations, and process optimization while managing day-to-day supply chain operations. Other responsibilities include: Strategic & Analytical Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and efficiency improvements Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and prepare management reports on supply chain performance Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies Conduct supplier performance analysis and support quarterly business reviews Support demand planning and inventory optimization strategies Participate in strategic sourcing projects and RFQ processes Operational Excellence Manage end-to-end procurement cycle from requisition through to receipt and payment Coordinate with production planning to ensure material availability and on-time delivery Resolve supply chain disruptions through root cause analysis and corrective action Maintain optimal inventory levels while minimizing carrying costs and obsolescence Oversee expediting of critical materials and manage supplier delivery schedules Ensure ERP data accuracy and maintain supplier master data Stakeholder Management & Leadership Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and internal stakeholders Mentor and provide guidance to supply chain administrators Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, production, and finance teams Represent supply chain in project meetings and contribute to strategic planning discussions Support contract negotiations and supplier dispute resolution Your experience & qualifications Essential Minimum 3-5 years supply chain experience in procurement, inventory, or logistics Certificate IV or above in warehousing/supply chain Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis) Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) Demonstrated process improvement experience with measurable results Proven stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills Strong problem-solving mindset with root cause analysis capabilities Desirable Experience in Aerospace, Defence, or highly regulated manufacturing Exposure to demand planning and S&OP processes Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools experience mentoring or training team members Project management or project coordination experience Benefits you will enjoy!
