The Role Reporting to P&C Manager and working alongside a fantastic team of P&C Advisors, this role will support the next phase of their role redesign project within their retail stores. Designed to provide more role clarity and satisfaction, this project is employee focused. They are looking for an experienced P&C professional to accompany the Store Manager in the employee consultations, leading the sessions and managing escalations if they occur. They are looking for 2x contractors to commence on Monday, 23 rd February for 6 weeks minimum. Working a 38-hour week with 4 days in office & 1 from home per week. Duties Some of your duties will include: Following pre-briefing and direction from the team, lead the virtual employee consultations alongside the Store Manager's Act as the main point of contact for any follow up enquiries or escalations which employees may have Handle contract variations & new contract generation in Workday, updating any other details in the system as required Your Profile To be a successful candidate you must have: Previous experience in a P&C Advisor or BP role that has handled a project that has involved leading employee consultants - essential e.g. projects covering: job redesign, redundancies, change consultations, relocations, role variations etc. An understanding of employee legislation in Australia, to be able to advise employees on their rights and handle escalations if required - essential A positive and team-oriented attitude Be available to commit to a 6-week contract!
