We’re looking for a Village Care Assistant to join our team at Somerton Park Village, playing a hands-on role in supporting residents’ daily living and wellbeing. The role As a Village Care Assistant, you’ll support residents with practical daily tasks while building trusted, positive relationships that enhance their quality of life. You’ll: Assist with daily living tasks such as bed linen changes, meal service, and dining support Help maintain clean, welcoming shared spaces Monitor resident wellbeing and report any concerns promptly Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support Contribute to a warm, respectful, and inclusive village environment About you You’re compassionate, reliable, and take pride in supporting others.
