About Me Hello! I am a 21-year-old female living with Borderline Personality Disorder, Intellectual Disability and Autism in Plympton Park. I love animals and have a pet Bunny called Pip! Pip loves pats and cuddles. I enjoy spending my time outdoors walking and going to the beach. I am looking for outgoing Support Workers who can assist me in achieving my NDIS goals. I value calm, patient people who can support me using the strategies outlined in my Positive Behaviour Support Plan. The Role An exciting opportunity is available to join my team of wonderful support workers who help me live my best life. You’ll provide 1:1 support, including passive overnight shifts. There is a dedicated room in my home for overnight stays. Your role is all about supporting me to reach my potential and live a meaningful life. This includes: Helping me with daily living activities in a way that promotes independence. Supporting me to engage in activities I enjoy such as arts and crafts, movies, shopping and beach walks. Encouraging community participation and social connection. Working alongside me to achieve my NDIS goals and develop life skills. Following person-centred active support and my individual plans. Keeping accurate records to ensure quality support. What We Offer At CLO, we believe in setting you up for success. Ongoing learning and development opportunities. Shifts Casual opportunities available: Morning 7am – 3pm Afternoon 3pm – 11pm passive overnight which is shared across the team.
