ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to join a respected civil construction company with a strong pipeline of work across New Zealand. This role will support small to large infrastructure bids and be part of a dedicated pre-contracts team focused on preparing high-quality, competitive tenders. Key Responsibilities Manage the full tender process, including EOIs, SIAs, and detailed proposals. Develop clear bid strategies, project methodologies, and key messages. Review commercial and contractual requirements to help reduce risk. Work closely with bid writers, estimators, engineers, and technical specialists. Ensure all submissions are accurate, well-presented, and delivered on time. Support continuous improvement of the bidding process. Requirements A degree in engineering or a related field. 7 years of experience in civil construction, project delivery, or pre-contracts. Strong understanding of civil project delivery and commercial requirements. Experience reviewing contract terms and identifying risks. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
