ConsultANZ is seeking 3x Senior Contract Managers for major civil infrastructure projects in Auckland, Wellington, and Hawke's Bay, New Zealand. These $25M–$50M per year projects focus on improving city streets and delivering key urban infrastructure upgrades. We’re looking for experienced leaders who can manage complex contracts, work closely with clients, and oversee large teams. Main Duties Lead the day-to-day delivery of large urban infrastructure projects Act as the main point of contact with the client Manage budgets, performance, and risks Provide strategic advice to improve project delivery Guide and support engineering, construction, and project teams Prepare reports and attend senior-level meetings Requirements Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar 15 years’ experience in large civil projects Experience with different types of contracts, including Design & Construct (D&C) and experience with maintenance contracts, is a MUST Able to manage complex projects worth $25M–$50M Strong leadership and communication skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Long-term career opportunities on nationally important projects Supportive leadership team and growth potential APPLY NOW!
