Job Description This role is ideal for a Senior Accountant who enjoys autonomy, client interaction, and contributing beyond day-to-day compliance. You will manage a portfolio of SME clients, collaborate closely with senior leaders, and play an active role in developing junior team members. Key responsibilities include: Managing a dedicated client portfolio with limited day-to-day supervision Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work Identifying opportunities to support clients outside standard compliance requirements Contributing to advisory discussions and value-add services Supporting, mentoring, and training junior team members when required Working closely with senior leadership to review work and deliver quality outcomes Ensuring work is completed efficiently, accurately, and within agreed timeframes Successful Applicant You are proactive, commercially aware, and confident managing client relationships. You enjoy working in a team environment but are equally comfortable taking ownership of your work.
