Electrical Design Drafter - Public & Street Lighting (Intermediate) Traffic & Transport Engineering Consultancy | Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne A well-established traffic and transport engineering design consultancy based in Melbourne's eastern suburbs is seeking an Intermediate Electrical Design Drafter to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a strong pipeline of VicRoads / DoT road infrastructure projects , delivering public and street lighting designs across intersections, arterial roads, and transport corridors. The Role Prepare public and street lighting designs for road and transport infrastructure projects Produce detailed lighting layouts, schematics and construction documentation Coordinate with traffic, transport and civil engineers within a multidisciplinary design team Apply and interpret VicRoads / DoT standards , Australian Standards and authority requirements Assist with design reviews, authority submissions and responses to comments Support project delivery from concept design through to IFC About You 2-5 years' experience as an Electrical Design Drafter within infrastructure or consultancy environments Demonstrated experience in public and street lighting design Working knowledge of VicRoads / DoT standards and approval processes Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (12d experience highly regarded) Comfortable working semi-autonomously while contributing to a team environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple design tasks For more information, please call Adam Brown on 0421 200 469 and email a recent resume to a.brown@aspectpersonnel.com.au
