About the Role We are currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a highly organised professional who can manage daily office operations, support staff and customers, coordinate administration, and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: • Contributing to the development, planning, and review of office operations, services, and performance standards to support operational excellence. • Supervise the maintenance of office records, documents, and accounts, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to get the job done within the set time frames. • Ensure office equipment is functional and properly maintained, and that essential supplies are available to meet operational needs. • Managing the allocation of staff, office space, and essential equipment to ensure smooth workflow and productivity. • Ensure office operations adhere to relevant government legislation, policies, and company procedures. • Manage hiring, promotions, staff training, performance management, payroll, and day-to-day supervision of personnel to foster a skilled and motivated team. • Assign tasks to staff members, oversee their work performance, and implement strategies to optimize efficiency and quality of output. • Implement and monitor work health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and compliant office environment. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role. • Strong leadership and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. • Proficiency in office software, records management, and accounting systems. • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance processes. • Exceptional interpersonal skills for managing and supervising staff effectively. • Strong understanding of resource planning, scheduling, and performance evaluation processes. • At least one year of experience in a similar role is highly desirable. • Minimum diploma-level qualifications in business are required.
