Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Speech Language Pathologist located in Erskine Park & Blacktown, NSW. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating clients with speech, language, communication, and swallowing difficulties. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing tailored therapy plans, monitoring progress, collaborating with families, caregivers, and other professionals, and maintaining accurate documentation of assessments and treatment plans. Qualifications Proficiency in Speech Therapy and addressing Speech-related challenges Knowledge of Communication Disorders and Language Disorders Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams A degree in Speech Pathology and current certification/licensure as required in NSW Ability to develop individualised therapy plans and adapt interventions based on client progress Understanding of evidence-based practices in speech and language therapy Experience and knowledge in working with diverse age groups and personalised client care
