What you will be doing Reporting directly to the Director of Applications, this role will be responsible for: Providing strategic leadership across the application delivery, ensuring software is effectively delivered, maintained, and aligned with business plans. Driving continuous improvement and service optimisation by overseeing application enhancement, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance stability and performance. Using expert knowledge, provide recommendations and management solutions, and advise senior stakeholders on solutions, approaches and strategy. Overseeing responses to major incidents, including change management process, root cause analysis, escalations and post incident reviews. What you will bring to the role Extensive experience managing service delivery in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics and custom Full-Stack .NET applications (React, Angular, SQL), experience managing hosted services via IIS and understanding of Agile methodologies. Strong external and internal communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to lead multiple stakeholders to achieve business objectives. High-level problem-solving capabilities to address complex issues.
