Job Description Supervise field operatives including customer consultation, spot audits, quality control and safety. Be able to carry out basic Inspection services to various makes and models of standard cranes. Work on minor repair, field modernisations and smaller installation jobs on standard equipment. Be able to identify and source basic parts for sales to quotes repairs. Be able to offer basic repair and field modernisation solutions to customers. Be able to attend emergency breakdowns, identify and repair faults on standard cranes. Ensure all parts and materials are available and correct before repair works are undertaken. Complete work in other regional locations such as Port Augusta, Whyalla and possibly Olympic Dam to name a few. Assist the Service Manager in determining labour estimates, special tools, requirements or hazards on larger jobs. Work with our Project Management team from time to time. Guide Account Managers with estimated hours of labour and costs for repairs. Perform Safety Review and Visit Reviews and ensure that next steps are documented.
