We are working with a growing civil engineering consultancy that is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join their busy Adelaide team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer to take ownership of projects and play a key role in the continued growth of a high-performing design team. The Role You will be responsible for leading and delivering civil design packages across a broad range of projects, including: Land division and subdivision developments Civil infrastructure and local government projects Transport-related infrastructure works Building civils for commercial and industrial developments Resources and defence Key responsibilities include Stormwater analysis and drainage design using industry-standard tools (including DRAINS) Road and pavement design, earthworks, and site grading Managing projects from concept through to detailed design and construction support Liaising with councils, authorities, and clients Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and designers Support with commercial functions across business development The ideal candidate will bring: 6-7 years' experience in a civil engineering consultancy environment Strong experience in land development and/or complex civil infrastructure projects Proven capability in stormwater and drainage design and modelling Confident communication skills and experience working directly with clients Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of project delivery Solid commercial acumen What's on Offer Competitive salary package based on experience Clear pathway for career progression Exposure to a diverse and stable pipeline of projects Supportive team culture with genuine technical development opportunities Reach out to Luca Ferrari on luca.ferrari@talentweb.com.au for more information!
