Click on the video below to learn more! The Role As a Senior Investment Implementation Analyst you lead the seamless onboarding and offboarding of investments and changes to investment structure. You’ll support the broader Investment Operations team by helping deliver precise, timely financial and investment reporting that meets regulatory standards and aligns with our internal policies. This is a chance to combine your technical expertise with real influence—contributing directly to how our investment portfolio evolves and performs. What you’ll do Manage relationships between the Trustee, Custodians and Investment Managers. Ensure the implementation of the decisions of the Board and Investment Committee e.g. Changes to asset allocation, funding or termination of managers and onboarding of new investments. Manage the completion of required documentation for account or market opening, including AML/KYC documents and internal system set ups. Assist in monitoring NGS Super’s suppliers compliance with contractual obligations. Ensure the accurate and timely preparation and presentation of investment operational reports and statistics. Provide support to leadership to negotiate and prepare contractual support documentation to investment manager transitions, engaging legal, taxation, actuarial and asset consultants as required. Assist with the daily unit pricing process including cash-flows, when required. Oversee the completion of instructions to the custodian as well as calculation and monitoring of investment accruals. Manage the ORR and ensure compliance with SPS 114 and AASB standards as it relates to both the broader fund and investments and review the policy annually. Contribute to the annual end of financial year timetable, audit and production of the statutory accounts for the fund. About you With previous experience in a similar role and commitment to meeting the needs of members, you will bring the following key skills: Qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g. B.acc, b.com, b econ etc.) or a proven track record of achievement in the area. Ability to maintain a current knowledge of the superannuation industry, general superannuation law and key features of the fund. Ability to interpret financial and economic data. Experience in Investment Implementation Activities Proven Investment operational experience in Private Market and Private Equity asset classes and complex Fund of Fund Structures Experience in outsourced provider relationships to ensure the delivery of agreed service standards Excellent attention to detail and communication skills. Experience in superannuation fund management, knowledge of fund accounting principles and risk and compliance in superannuation is nice to have but not essential.
