Description 12-month fixed term contract Based in Sydney CBD Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in office and 2 days WFH What’s the role? As the Product Control Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the bank’s trading financials. You’ll oversee daily P&L reporting, support month-end close, maintain strong control frameworks, and provide clear insights into trading performance. You’ll work closely with front office, risk, operations, and finance teams, while acting as the first point of contact for senior analysts and promoting a high performance culture. What do I need? We’re looking for a motivated, self-sufficient and detail-oriented finance professional with strong analytical skills and a passion for financial markets. In addition: Experience in FICC product accounting (Credit, Rates, Commodities & FX) CPA qualified or working towards CPA accreditation desirable Background in product control, financial control, or trading support Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment High attention to detail and strong problemsolving mindset Positive, accountable, and solutionsfocused approach Why join us?
