Business Improvement Lead Location: Thomas Embling Hospital, Fairfield VIC (with occasional travel to other sites) Classification & Pay Grade: Full-Time Ongoing – HS8 - $136,650 p.a plus Super and Salary Packaging About the Role: Forensicare is Victoria’s specialist forensic mental health service. We are seeking a Business Improvement Lead to drive consistent, sustainable improvement outcomes through strong governance and strategic leadership within the People & Corporate Services division. This key role partners with internal stakeholders to deliver targeted improvements that strengthen compliance, enhance service delivery, and improve operational efficiency. You will lead end-to-end improvement initiatives, including governance reviews, process mapping, and change management, while contributing to strategic planning to ensure initiatives align with corporate objectives, risk management frameworks, and audit requirements. The role heads up the Business Improvement Team, including supervision of the Business Improvement Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Manage governance frameworks and process documentation in Promapp Lead audit recommendations and embed compliance measures Identify and implement process improvements Develop change management documentation and project plans Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver clear project communications Supervise and develop the Business Improvement Coordinator About You: Qualifications in project management, improvement methodologies or HR highly desirable Comprehensive understanding of governance principles and their application to business improvement initiatives Proven experience managing complex projects and driving change Ability to analyse and improve business processes Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills To access a copy of the position description, please click here * Please Note - Applications will be reviewed and interviewed as they are received.
