Due to continued growth, the firm is seeking an experienced Tax Business Services Manager to lead and manage a diverse client portfolio while overseeing and mentoring a team of professionals. The role offers exposure to complex Australian and international tax matters, including income tax, CGT, GST, FBT, payroll tax, Division 7A and broader advisory work. You will play a key role in strengthening client relationships, managing engagements end-to-end, and contributing to fee growth and service delivery excellence. This opportunity offers a clearly defined pathway to senior leadership within the firm. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience in a CA or CPA firm, strong technical capability, proven people leadership skills and a commercial mindset focused on delivering value to clients and supporting the firm’s long-term growth.
