THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Financial Adviser to join the firm’s Brisbane CBD office. This role allows you to focus on delivering holistic, strategic advice while being supported by a strong operational and technical infrastructure. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide holistic financial advice across superannuation, retirement planning, investments, risk management, SMSF, estate planning, and lending Manage and grow an existing, well-serviced client portfolio Conduct client meetings and build long-term, trusted client relationships Develop and implement tailored financial strategies aligned with client goals Collaborate with in-house accountants, lending specialists, paraplanners, and associate advisers Contribute to business growth through referrals and client engagement EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Minimum 3 years’ client-facing experience as a Financial Adviser Strong capability in delivering holistic, strategic financial advice Proven track record of client-centric outcomes Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Confidence advising across multiple financial planning disciplines Relevant financial planning qualifications and compliance with ASIC requirements THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE The successful candidate will be a motivated, commercially minded adviser who enjoys spending time with clients and delivering high-value advice rather than managing administration.
