Your new role: As the Clinical Nurse Consultant - First Nations Identified McGrath Cancer Care Nurse, you will provide advanced clinical leadership, care coordination and cultural expertise across Metro South Health's Division of Cancer Services. In this role, you will: Provide advanced clinical consultancy and care coordination for First Nations patients with cancer Lead culturally safe, person-centred cancer care across inpatient, outpatient and outreach settings Collaborate with nursing, medical, allied health and community partners to improve care pathways Support quality improvement, education, research and system redesign initiatives About you: You are an experienced cancer nurse and respected clinical leader who brings both professional expertise and strong cultural knowledge to your practice.
