About the Role As the Youth Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting student wellbeing and engagement, ensuring they remain connected to education and training opportunities. You will work closely with students, families, and the wider school community to address barriers to learning and provide targeted interventions that promote positive outcomes. Key responsibilities include: Identifying barriers to student success and connecting them with appropriate support services. Providing individual case management and group support to maximise student engagement. Developing and fostering relationships with families to support at-risk students. Monitoring attendance patterns and implementing early intervention strategies. Creating and delivering programs to enhance social and emotional wellbeing.
