Position: Business Analyst Role Summary : Seeking experienced Business Analyst resources to support a license procurement initiative. The role will focus on project coordination, stakeholder communication, and operational support for the Licensing Lead. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills, with proven experience working in cross-functional project environments. Key Responsibilities • Support the Licensing Lead by coordinating day-to-day activities related to software and licensing procurement • Act as a Business Analyst and project coordination resource, ensuring alignment between business needs, procurement teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders • Gather, document, and track licensing requirements, dependencies, timelines, and risks • Facilitate clear communication across multiple teams, ensuring updates, issues, and decisions are communicated effectively • Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, status reports, and licensing-related trackers • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support license onboarding, validation, and compliance activities • Monitor progress against milestones and proactively flag risks or delays • Ensure adherence to procurement and governance processes while supporting project delivery • Provide analytical support to help assess license needs, usage, and optimization opportunities Required Skills & Experience • Strong experience as a Business Analyst or Project Coordination / PMO support role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical, business, and procurement stakeholders • Prior exposure to license management or procurement processes (preferred) • Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting capabilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and timelines • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-Have • Experience supporting enterprise licensing initiatives • Familiarity with vendor management and procurement governance • Prior experience working in short-term, delivery-focused engagements
