Sr. Finance Systems Analyst Must Have Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience. • Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting and optimising enterprise finance systems, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing platform management. • Proven expertise with ERP systems, ideally TechOne Financials (GL, AP, reporting), and ability to query data using SQL for integrations and reporting. • Strong technical proficiency across financial software, databases, low-code development and data analytics. • Highly developed analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to solve complex process issues and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. • Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills, with experience partnering effectively across Finance, Technology, and external vendors. • Highly organised and resilient, with the ability to manage competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain delivery in high-pressure environments. • Adaptable and proactive, comfortable working autonomously while effectively contributing within dynamic, fast-paced environments. • Strong documentation and governance skills to support audit readiness and system integrity.
