The Opportunity Due to continued growth and increasing demand for advanced vehicle technology services, Trackright is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technician to join our team. This is a rare opportunity to work in a modern, well-equipped workshop with advanced ADAS technology on site, where your diagnostic expertise and technical capability will be genuinely valued. In this permanent, full-time position, you will be trusted to operate at a high technical level, diagnosing complex faults, performing ADAS calibration, and working across modern electronic vehicle systems. You will be supported by a manager with over 30 years’ experience in the trade, along with full training and ongoing support where required. The right candidate may already have ADAS experience or be motivated to further develop these specialist skills. Monday to Friday role — no weekends. Role Responsibilities Diagnose complex suspension, mechanical, and electronic faults Dismantle, repair, and fit mechanical and suspension components Perform ADAS calibrations and advanced diagnostics (training provided if required) Conduct quality control checks and detailed vehicle inspections Test drive vehicles to ensure repairs meet quality and safety standards Perform wheel alignments using computerised systems Carry out system updates to diagnostic and wheel alignment computers Ensure correct labelling, storage, and verification of parts Complete required adaptations based on completed diagnoses Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment About You Qualified Automotive Mechanic (essential) Strong diagnostic capability and confidence with modern scan tools ADAS experience highly regarded, or a genuine willingness to learn High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship Professional attitude with excellent communication skills Flexible, reliable, and adaptable approach to work We recognise that experienced technicians are in demand.
