Position summary This role is responsible for managing a group of established corporate clients and managing new business enquiries. The role includes providing strategic immigration advice, the assessment of eligibility and lodgement of visa nominations and applications in the employer and family sponsored streams. Qualifications and experience Current registration with OMARA; 3 years working as a Registered Migration Agent; Experience of LEAP Migration Manager software is mandatory. Strong technical knowledge with respect to the current Australian immigration and policy, and a genuine interest to further your knowledge in the area; Experience with preparing a range of visa and citizenship applications; Strong diligence and ability to work within tight deadlines; Highly organised and proactive; A proven record in building and maintaining strong corporate client relationships; Ability to work independently but follow company processes and maintain the reputation of the firm. Duties Manage a range of established corporate clients to assist with their employment and global mobility requirements. Provide expert advice on migration pathways, eligibility criteria and potential risks. Work in Leap Migration Manager. Prepare visa nominations and applications, supporting documents and manage files accordingly and compliantly; Conduct legal research with reference to the Migration Act, legislative provisions, regulations, policy and case law, and relevant country information to support client’s application; Monitor pending applications, and liaise with the Department of Home Affairs and clients to provide updates, monitor requests; Prepare responses for the Department in relation to requests for further information.
