Melbourne Central Conveyancing is expanding its presence in East Gippsland, and we are looking for a dedicated individual to join our Bairnsdale-based team. We are offering a unique opportunity for either a Licensed Conveyancer looking for their next challenge, or a motivated local professional eager to be fully trained in the industry. Key responsibilities include: Managing property sales and purchase files. Preparing and reviewing legal documentation and contracts. Candidate Requirements To be successful in this role, you must be a resident of Bairnsdale or the surrounding East Gippsland area and possess: Outstanding Communication: The ability to explain complex processes to clients with clarity and empathy. High Attention to Detail: A "right-the-first-time" approach to legal documentation. Growth Mindset: A genuine willingness to learn and a commitment to a long-term career with the firm. Experience: While Victorian conveyancing experience or a license is highly regarded, we prioritize attitude and local commitment for the right trainee candidate.
