Technicians We’re seeking a multiple Technicians to join our operations team at Tailem Bend Solar Farm . This hands-on role supports the ongoing operation and maintenance of the site, assisting electricians and other personnel within your training and competencies. You’ll play a key part in ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant performance of the facility. Key Responsibilities Assist with inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs on solar plant equipment Support HV/LV operations and asset management activities Participate in HSSE initiatives, including risk assessments, permits, and audits Help manage spare parts and perform preventative maintenance per schedule Requirements Trade certification (Fitter & Turner, Welder, or similar) Minimum 1 year operational experience on solar or electrical assets Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand/power tools Ability to read technical drawings and use basic computer systems High safety awareness and team collaboration skills Valid Class C Manual Driver’s Licence How to Apply Apply now with your resume.
