About the Role As the Schools Officer (Grounds and Facilities), you will play a key role in ensuring the school's facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard. Reporting to the Principal, Business Manager, or a nominated delegate, you will undertake a variety of tasks to support the school's operations and events. Key responsibilities include: Maintaining school grounds, including mowing, gardening, and general landscaping tasks. Performing basic maintenance and repair work on school facilities and equipment. Supporting school operations by preparing classrooms, halls, and outdoor spaces for events and activities. Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements, including safe storage and handling of materials. Liaising with staff, students, and external personnel regarding maintenance and facility matters. This role would suit a proactive and reliable individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of a team to support a dynamic school environment. About You The following traits would be beneficial: Experience in groundskeeping, maintenance, or a similar role. Strong organisational and time management skills.
