S2M is working with a leading organisation in the fundraising sector and we are seeking a highly organised, analytical, and proactive Operations and Date Analysis Exec to support the smooth and efficient running of its national operations. Working closely with the Head of Client Services, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence, maintaining data integrity, strengthening compliance, and supporting collaboration across internal teams, clients, suppliers, and partners. What You'll Be Doing Oversee and execute daily administrative and operational processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all systems. Maintain high‑quality operational data, working closely with platforms to ensure integrity and consistency. Collect, clean, interpret, and analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support strategic decision‑making. Translate complex data into clear, actionable intelligence for internal stakeholders and leadership. Manage the full process of fundraiser badge creation and compliance vetting. Coordinate campaign collateral, including stock forecasting, fulfilment, accountability, and cost management across internal teams, clients, and marketing companies. Conduct regular stocktakes and ensure collateral availability aligns with campaign needs. Provide proactive communication to clients, suppliers, marketing companies, and internal teams on all operational matters. Streamline workflows, enhance internal systems, and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and service delivery. What You Bring Proven experience in an operations role, ideally within a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment. Strong analytical capability, with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and communicate findings clearly. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging across departments and external partners. Exceptional organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities. Excellent ability to utilise data to make informed operational suggestions and decisions.
