The Role The primary focus for this role is to facilitate bid submissions for Atelier Ten in the ANZ region, helping us to build our pipeline of opportunities and secure work across our markets. We need you to help us communicate our story and value proposition for delivering sustainable design solutions for building, precincts and infrastructure. A secondary focus of this role will be to assist our administration team with additional tasks to support our teams. You will be part of a supportive bid management team with opportunities to learn and develop your capabilities. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in a comparable bid manager role for a consultancy or other competitive business in the property industry. Preferably you will have experience working within a multi-office, multi-division organisations. You will be able to demonstrate how you successfully managed and delivered bids in your roles for other companies. You have an all-rounder’s understanding of bid management and bringing in the work. You look ahead to find opportunities, think strategically about their value to the business, proactively manage a response, and put together compelling proposals and bid documents. You are an effective communicator, both within your organisation and especially with potential clients and collaborators. You’re proactive, self-motivated, a team player, and comfortable taking ownership across our bid realm. You are highly organised, and reliably deliver your work in advance of deadlines. You take pride in your work, including the details. You are willing to dedicate yourself to repetitive tasks that require deep concentration. You have your colleague’s backs, and you bring smiles to their faces. You discover and celebrate joy in the world around you. Your Responsibilities Atelier Ten’s prompt and professional response to project enquiries, expressions of interest, and requests for tenders and proposals Contribute to the development of win strategies, helping us differentiate and structure compelling service offerings Engage with our clients and partners to interpret their needs and tailor our proposal offerings Effectively communicate Atelier Ten's reputation for sustainability leadership in advisory and environmental design services Develop high quality and visually engaging proposal content and graphics, in collaboration with our bid teams Work closely our marketing team, assist and support marketing and promotional activities About You University degree and associated disciplinary qualifications (business, marketing, communications, or journalism) 2 years in a bid management role Bid and tender writing expertise Qualifications writing expertise Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to write succinctly and unambiguously in language appropriate for business Commercial acumen regarding fees and their relationship to scopes of work Strong organisational and time-management skills, and the ability to adapt to the needs of the business when required. Advanced skills using the Microsoft Office suite, as well as intermediate skills using publishing and creative software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
