Client & You: A leading company that supports customers throughout Australia and Europe is looking to hire a Workshop & Office Coordinator. The role provides end-to-end administrative and office support, procurement, inventory, system management and more, to ensure operations run smoothly day to day. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure excellent communication and service delivery. Oversee procurement and office activities, including sourcing and purchasing of goods, quoting, invoicing of parts for services, repair, and overhaul. Invoicing, job costing, customer coordination, and systems management across Xero, Tradify, and internal processes. Office and warehouse support. Driving inventory process improvement. Coordinate the flow of parts and equipment. Conduct sourcing activities to identify and evaluate new suppliers, ensuring the best value and quality. Supports technicians and management by coordinating bookings, managing parts and suppliers, maintaining accurate records, and upholding professional, customer-focused service standards across all operations. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication, mitigating procurement risks. Ideal Candidate: 2 to 10 years of inventory experience. Previous purchasing experience. Excellent communication skills. Strong computer literacy and exposure to Xero or similar accounting software. Must be a Team Player.
